Are the tours private?
Yes. Each itinerary is planned for one family, couple or small group rather than sold as seats on a shared coach.
Where does the journey begin?
All journeys begin and end in Calgary. Standard packages include an arranged rental car; the Senior Special includes private airport pickup and drop-off. A private driver/guide is available with standard packages as an optional add-on.
Can the itinerary change?
Yes. The featured routes are strong starting points. We refine the pace, stays and optional experiences around your dates and priorities.
Is Moraine Lake guaranteed?
Moraine Lake is seasonal and access is controlled. We only confirm it once authorized transportation and availability are secured.
What type of accommodation can I choose?
Choose comfortable 3-star, premium 4-star or luxury-level stays. Specific properties and room types are proposed for your dates and confirmed in writing before booking.
Are meals included?
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in Senior Rockies Comfort. For other journeys, meals are excluded unless your written proposal says otherwise. Halal-friendly planning is available on request.
How do deposits and cancellations work?
Your written proposal will show the deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms before any payment is requested. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking.
What happens if weather, wildfire or closures affect the route?
Safety and park rules come first. We adjust timing or substitute a comparable experience when road conditions, wildfire, weather or seasonal access make the original plan unavailable.
Can you plan for limited mobility?
Yes. Tell us about walking tolerance, stairs or mobility devices during the enquiry. We will recommend suitable pacing and alternatives, subject to the accessibility of each location.
How does the price compare with a private tour?
Our standard packages combine accommodation and a rental vehicle in one group price, with a private driver/guide available from USD $349 per day. This is designed to provide private flexibility without the premium daily cost of a fully guided private tour. Because every operator includes different services, compare the complete written quote before booking.
