The website presents sample private itineraries. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or guarantee availability.
Your written quote
Final routing, accommodation, inclusions, exclusions, price, payment schedule and cancellation terms will be provided in writing before any payment is requested.
Seasonal access
Roads, lakes, attractions and trails may be affected by weather, wildfire, closures, capacity controls or seasonal operating dates. Moraine Lake and other controlled-access locations are confirmed only when authorized transportation is secured.
Changes for safety or access
A comparable stop or route may be substituted when conditions make the original plan unavailable or unsuitable. Guest safety and applicable park rules take priority.
Travel protection
Guests are strongly encouraged to arrange suitable travel and medical insurance. Attraction tickets, park passes and meals are not included unless the written quote states otherwise.
Accessibility and assistance
Guests should tell us about mobility, dietary or other relevant requirements before booking. We will explain suitable alternatives and known limitations in the written proposal. Guides provide travel assistance, not medical, nursing or personal-care services.
Guest responsibility
Guests are responsible for providing accurate travel information, following guide and park-safety instructions, and reviewing the final itinerary, inclusions and applicable waivers before payment.
